Andy and Dustin planned a snow cave camp out with the scouts this past weekend. They went up to Cottonwood Canyon. When I heard that he was doing this I thought he was NUTS! Who would want to sleep under a pile of snow! They had a fun time and I think they stayed warm. It took them 5 minutes of jumping (scouts included) and poking holes through it to make it cave in.

This Post is being done with much protest!!!!!
So there I was showing Andy this wonderful and fun hobbie that I so enjoy called Blogging. Really proud of myself. I show him the memory lane post and how cute it was to see the kids so small. He then proceeds to ask me why I am not in a "now n then" photo. Seriously!? Are you that dumb (bless his heart) Everyone knows that I hate pictures of me. He continues to pester me and here is the end results. But I must warn you....they will not be posted long so take a good long look!

You've got Talent
I told Janae I wouldn't post the video I have of this but I never promised pictures! Janae is in her 4th and final year of Activity Days (she's not counting realy). The girls have wanted to do a talent show for a little while. They held it in January. There were a few piano solo's, poem readings, and some singing. You would think that Janae would have sung because of her taking voice lessons but no. Not my daughter! Let's go for something different. Her talent was animal towel folding. A fold here.
A roll there.
Add the eyes and you have yourself an elephant! She's so tricky! Yeah for Nae!!

Memory Lane
I recently found some older photo's of the kids. They were on some CD's and I saved them to my computer. I showed them to the kids and they couldn't believe how little they looked. I can't believe how little they looked! These older pics were Christmas 2003.....5 years ago!

Twilight Girls Night
After long discussions between Andy and I, we finally decided to let Janae read the first book of the Twilight series. Many people gave testimony that it was ok to let an 11 year read it. I suggested that Grandma Both buy it for her for Christmas. Janae had it read in less than 3 weeks! My sisters and Mom decided that they wanted to take Nae to see the movie. I did not go. I am deathly afraid of vampires. I think Nae liked it that way. No mom to cramp her style. Thanks everyone for showing Janae a fun time
.
